The Bighorns celebrated a weekend sweep after a 3-2 victory over the Gillette Wild Sunday night. Helena goalie Branson Appelman was able to stop 25 of the 27 shots on his net. Bighorn goals were scored by Marcus Fritel (Colin Becker, Trey Pareja), Finn Theriault (unassisted), and another by Marcus Fritel (Caden Feinstein).
Helena will spend this upcoming weekend on the road, playing the Americans on Friday night in Great Falls, and the Irish on Saturday night in Butte.
