The Bighorns ended their regular season away games with two more wins against the Bozeman Icedogs.
Friday’s game was a 5-1 victory for the Bighorns, with goalie Aiden Wright saving 19 out of the 20 shots against the Icedogs. Goals for the Bighorns were scored by Harlan Wojtusik (Corbin Skinner, Dylan Cunningham), Erik Gibboney (Corbin Skinner, Branwen Pollett), Sam Feamster (Erik Gibboney, Liam Bland), Sam Feamster again (Adam Harvey), and a third goal by Sam Feamster giving him the only hat trick of the night (Erik Gibboney).
Saturday’s game held a little more of a tougher battle for the Bighorns, but they came out on top with a 3-1 win. Tyler Bloom put the first point on the board for the Bighorns, bringing it to a 1-1 game (Adam Harvey, Gavyn Galloway), with the second goal by Corbin Skinner (Branwen Pollett, Adam Harvey), and the third by Tylor Greene (Jonny Peterson, Sam Feamster). Eric Buchholz held the net for the Bighorns, saving 24 of the 25 shots from the Icedogs.
