The Helena Bighorns were able to bring home two wins on the road, after sweeping the Gillette Wild Thanksgiving weekend.
Friday’s game results ended in a 5-2 victory for the Bighorns. Goals were scored by Caden Feinstein (Kade Pareja, Brandon Mcilhany), Trey Pareja (unassisted), Clint Isakson (Dylan Jimenez, Hunter Coulombe), Austin Uecker (Caden Feinstein), and Kade Pareja (Hunter Coulombe). Bighorn’s goalie Tyler Miller stopped 26 of the 28 shots on his net.
Saturday’s game had Helena debuting a new goalie, Zane Hill. Zane was able to grab his first win in net as a Bighorn, saving 21 of 24 shots, giving Helena an 8-3 victory. Helena’s goals were scored by Trey Pareja (Austin Uecker), Finn Theriault (Kelton Chadwick, Chase Berg), Austin Uecker (unassisted), Trey Pareja (Kade Pareja, Austin Uecker), Hunter Coulombe (Kade Pareja), Trey Pareja (Austin Uecker), Brandon Mcilhany (Marcus Ray), and Austin Uecker (Clint Isakson).
