The Bighorns struggled against the Quake 4-1 in home game

The Helena Bighorns' defense had a poor night, allowing the Yellowstone Quake 42 shots throughout the game. The Yellowstone Quake took the lead late in the second on a goal from Cole Stewart.

Jack Moore contributed with 3 points (2 goals, 1 assist) and Riley Buller did his part, adding 2 points (1 goal, 1 assist).

In the second period, Moore opened the scoring for the Quake with a goal at 8:53 with helpers from his teammates Ford and Rasmussen. Stewart deposited what turned out to be the game winning goal at 15:31 with helpers from Stewart and Buller.

In the third, Buller put in a goal at 1:51 with assists from his linemates, Moore and Ford. Scheibel finally put Helena on the board with a goal at 8:04. Moore answered for the Quake with a goal at 19:11 with assists from Stewart and Sievek.

This loss brings the Helena Bighorns’ record to (10-4-0-0).
