Stephen Frank recorded a shutout against Helena as Bozeman picked up a 7-0 win.
Steven Nisbet had two goals and two assists to lead Bozeman. Nisbet scored the first of his two goals at 8:37 into the second period to make the score 2-0 Bozeman. Elliott Hopkins picked up the assist. Nisbet\’s next tally made the score 3-0 Bozeman with 8:57 left in the second period. Bozeman also got points from Hopkins, who also registered one goal and one assist and Kegan Couture, who also finished with one goal and one assist. Dylan Michaud also scored for Bozeman. In addition, Bozeman received assists from Nicholas Thompson, who had four and Liam Millar, Dalton Rickard, Kyle Klatt, Brock Loser, and Kyle Amundson, who contributed one each.
Helena forced its penalty killing units to work especially hard during the game, picking up nine minors and one major for 53 minutes in penalty time.
